Payment Policy and Rules


All parties require a $50.00 Non- Refundable deposit at time of booking by a debit/credit card. All Kid Sports parties are priced for a minimum of 10 children. Any additional guests need to be finalized 7 days prior to scheduled event. In the event that not all children show as were agreed upon in the finalized amount the total due remains the same. Any additional guests added to the finalized amount will be charged the per child fee that is in accordance with the party package chosen. All party balances are due on the day of the scheduled event before you leave the building. Gratuity is not included; however if you feel as though your party hosts have done an exceptional job gratuity is greatly appreciated.


Anyone participating in any of Kid Sports activities, programs,and/or parties must have a signed waiver. Anyone without a signed waiver will not be allowed to participate.
